RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund except delivery charges or an exchange(must read the vendor’s return policy because it is applicable to the product you purchased. Not our store’s policy.). Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within Ten (10) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

  1. Products are eligible for return within the applicable return period which is Ten (10) days of the purchase date if you’ve received the item in physically damaged condition, have missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product page.
  2. If you report an issue with your gadgets or electrical appliances like Smartphone, Tablet, Laptop, Television, Air Conditioner, Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Microwave, we may schedule a technician for you or you could please contact the seller (please read RMA policy of seller before purchasing the products) a resolution will be provided based on the technician’s evaluation report.
  3. The return will be processed only if:
    • It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession.
    • The product is not different from what was shipped to you.
    • The product is returned in original condition (with the brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card, and all the accessories).
  4. Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer’s remorse such as incorrect model or color of the product ordered or incorrect product ordered.
  5. Products marked as “not/non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the address vendor told you or we will pick up the package from your shipping address product return shipping charges may apply as per vendors RMA policy. So you must read the vendor’s RMA policy before purchasing any item.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least two (2) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

  • These items are not-returnable due to digital consumable nature except if damaged, defective or different items delivered to you we will provide a free refund or replacement you have to generate a support ticket to the seller.
  • Desktops, Monitors, Memory storage devices, Internet devices, Graphics Cards, CPU, Power supplies, Motherboards, Cooling devices, Tv cards, Computing components
  • If these items are labelled as not returnable on product detail page are not eligible for returns.
  • Software’s
  • If it is labelled as not returnable on the product detail page are not eligible for returns.
  • Screen guards, Screen protectors, Tempered glasses
  • These items are not returnable due to fragile nature of the product.
  • Wax candles, Wall stickers
  • These items are not-returnable due to the consumable nature of the product except if you received the wrong or damaged product you can generate a support ticket.
  • Pet-related products like Pet food/shampoos/conditioners, Pest control, Harnesses, Aquarium and Pet grooming items
  • These items are not-returnable due to hygiene and consumable nature of the product except if you get damaged or wrong product you can generate a support ticket.
  • Baby related products like Bathing & Accessories, Pads, Nappy liners, Wet wipes, Feeding bottles, Breastfeeding products, Baby hair & skin products
  • These items are not-returnable due to hygiene, health, personal care, wellness & consumable in nature of the product.
  • All inner apparels, Socks, Gym supporters, Guards, Swimsuits

  • Fertilizers, Seeds, Live plants
  • These items are not-returnable due to hygiene, health, personal care, wellness & consumable nature of the product.
  • Beauty/Health & personal care like Grooming, Fragrance, Hair care, Styling, Makeup, Skin/Oral/Nail/Baby care products
  • These items are not-returnable due to hygiene & personal care nature of the product.
  • Household & consumable products
  • These products are not-returnable due to consumable nature of the product.
  • Personal care appliances
  • These items are not-returnable due to hygiene, health, personal care & wellness nature of the product.
  • Grocery & gourmet
  • These items are not-returnable due to the consumable nature of the product.
  • Car tires, Car care, chemicals & fluids, Engine oils
  • These items are not-returnable due to the consumable nature of the product.

  • Not-returnable.

All the items are eligible for return if you received a wrong or damaged product from flyingbooster.com you just have to generate a support ticket.
